UNNIVI is established in the Netherlands.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the UNNIVI webshop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Product information
UNNIVI aims to provide the most accurate possible representation of products, including color, material, and size. Colors may slightly vary due to individual screen settings.
All jewelry items are manually inspected. PVD plating and gold-filled products contain a coating designed to remain beautiful for a long time under normal use. Incorrect or excessive use may affect the product’s appearance and lifespan.
3. Prices and payments
All prices shown in the webshop include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made using the methods displayed at checkout. UNNIVI reserves the right to make price changes at any time.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within the processing time stated on the website. UNNIVI is not responsible for delays caused by PostNL or other carriers. Shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout.
5. Warranty
UNNIVI provides a 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by contact with water, perfume, or chemicals, incorrect use, dropping or impact damage, or normal wear and tear.
If a product develops a defect within the warranty period that falls under warranty coverage, UNNIVI will repair or replace the product free of charge.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Customers have a 14-day reflection period starting from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition.
Hygiene-related products, such as earrings, can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise in the return policy.
7. Liability
UNNIVI is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of products or improper care. UNNIVI is also not liable for loss or damage during shipping of a return package to UNNIVI.
8. Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted via info@unnivi.com. UNNIVI responds within 48 hours on business days.
9. Privacy
For information regarding the processing of personal data, UNNIVI refers customers to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
10. Intellectual property
All photos, texts, and designs on this website are the property of UNNIVI. No content may be copied, stored, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
