At UNNIVI, we are committed to creating jewelry that is designed to be enjoyed for years to come. Every piece is carefully selected and inspected before it leaves us.

In addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, UNNIVI offers a 3-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Commercial Warranty

Our commercial warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.

Examples include:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Defective clasps, closures, or hinges
  • Loose stone settings caused by a manufacturing fault

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, UNNIVI will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item where appropriate.

What is not covered?

Our commercial warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Surface scratches from everyday use
  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by improper use
  • Damage caused by improper storage
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Loss or theft
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care instructions

Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.

18K Gold PVD Stainless Steel

Our 18K Gold PVD-coated stainless steel jewelry is designed for everyday wear and offers excellent durability.

To help keep your jewelry looking beautiful, we recommend:

  • Rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorine.
  • Dry thoroughly using a soft microfiber cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning products.
  • Store your jewelry in the original UNNIVI jewelry box or pouch when not being worn.

925 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver is a precious metal that naturally reacts to oxygen, moisture, and skin chemistry.

Over time, slight oxidation or tarnishing may occur. This is a natural characteristic of sterling silver and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

To maintain its shine:

  • Store your jewelry in a dry place.
  • Clean regularly with a soft microfiber or silver polishing cloth.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and household chemicals.
  • Remove your jewelry before intensive physical activities whenever possible.

General Care Tips

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend:

  • Store each piece separately to help prevent scratches.
  • Avoid dropping or bending your jewelry.
  • Put on jewelry after applying perfume, hairspray, makeup, or lotions.
  • Remove jewelry before using harsh cleaning products.
  • Clean your jewelry regularly with a soft microfiber cloth.
