At UNNIVI, we strive for high-quality products and satisfied customers. If your order is not exactly what you expected, we are happy to assist you.
Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Items must be returned in a hygienic condition, as jewelry is worn directly on the skin. Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the UNNIVI pouch and/or box.
Sale items and personalized items cannot be returned.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is defective upon arrival or an error was made on our side, for example if an incorrect item was delivered.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item. In such cases, UNNIVI will cover the return shipping costs in full.
Defective or incorrect item received
This should not happen. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@unnivi.com and include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue. We will provide a suitable solution.
How to request a return
To request a return, please email support@unnivi.com. Include your order number and specify which item you would like to return. We will then provide the return address and further instructions.
Exceptions
Gift cards cannot be returned. Items excluded due to hygiene restrictions are not eligible for return.
