UNNIVI is a Dutch brand. Every order is carefully processed and shipped from the Netherlands.
Ordering & Shipping
What is the processing time and delivery time?
We aim to process your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 1–3 business days.
Will I receive a track & trace link?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a track & trace link via email.
Does UNNIVI ship internationally?
International shipping will be available soon. For now, we only ship within the Netherlands.
Payment
Which payment methods can I use?
At UNNIVI, you can pay safely and securely via iDEAL, PayPal, credit card, and Klarna (if available). All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay later with Klarna?
If Klarna is available at checkout, you can choose to pay later according to Klarna’s terms. Availability may vary per order.

Which materials does UNNIVI use?
Our collections are made from carefully selected materials, including premium PVD coating, high-quality gold-plated finishes, nickel-free metals, and refined gemstones or crystals.
Are the jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes. All of our pieces are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
Are UNNIVI jewelry pieces water resistant?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. To preserve its quality and shine for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding contact with water. This includes showering, swimming, and sauna use. Perfume, lotions, and cleaning products may also affect the finish.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Treat your jewelry with the same refinement it was made with. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions, store your pieces in a dry and closed place, and gently polish with a microfiber cloth to maintain its glow.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find the right size?
Each product includes a clear size guide. If you are unsure, our customer service team will be happy to help.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries. You can exchange or return your item within 30 days, as long as it is unused and returned in its original condition.
Returns & Warranty
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order. You can find all conditions in our return policy.
Are return shipping costs covered?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is intact and the item is unused. If you are unsure, please contact our customer service team.
Does UNNIVI offer a warranty?
UNNIVI offers a 3-month warranty on manufacturing defects. Damage caused by wear and tear, incorrect use, or contact with moisture, perfume, or chemicals is not covered.
After Your Order
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we will help you right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to adjust or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will resolve it properly.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Pre-Orders
How does a pre-order work?
For pre-orders, your item is reserved as soon as payment has been completed. The estimated delivery time is always clearly stated on the product page.
