These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the UNNIVI webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
UNNIVI is established in the Netherlands and operates in accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer legislation.
1. Products
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, materials, dimensions, and colours.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.
All jewelry is carefully inspected before dispatch.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
UNNIVI reserves the right to correct pricing errors or adjust prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
UNNIVI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. If payment has already been made, any amount paid will be refunded.
4. Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within the processing times stated on our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed.
UNNIVI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer legislation.
In addition, UNNIVI voluntarily offers a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
Returned products must comply with the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
For hygiene reasons, earrings may only be returned if unused and any hygiene seal or protective packaging remains intact.
6. Commercial Warranty
UNNIVI offers a 3-month commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not replace or limit any rights granted under applicable consumer law.

7. Product Care
The lifespan of jewelry depends on proper care and normal use.
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the website.
Improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions may affect the appearance and lifespan of the product.
8. Liability
UNNIVI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights.
UNNIVI is not responsible for returned parcels until they have been successfully delivered to our return address.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the UNNIVI website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, logos, graphics, texts, designs, and branding, is the intellectual property of UNNIVI unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands unless mandatory consumer legislation provides otherwise.
