Warranty & Care

In the Netherlands, a legal warranty of 6 months applies to jewelry covering material and manufacturing defects (such as breaking clasps or loss of stones).

What is covered: Manufacturing defects, loose settings, defective clasps.
Not covered: Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to perfume/water/skin acidity, breakage due to drops.

Note: Warranty is not insurance against loss or theft.
